The Patagonia Garden Island Top is a women’s lightweight reversible summer top made from a breathable 55% hemp and 45% TENCEL™ lyocell plain-weave fabric, designed for hot-weather comfort with a simple, relaxed finish. Cut in a regular fit with a hip-length shape, it comes in Whole Weave / Natural, a light a simple light cream colour.

This reversible design gives you two looks in one: wear it with the scoop neck at the front, or switch it around for a V-neckline with buttons. The lightweight woven fabric is durable while still feeling airy in warm conditions, making it a strong choice for travel, everyday outfits, and summer packing lists.
