The Patagonia Garden Island Top is a women’s lightweight reversible summer top made from a breathable 55% hemp and 45% TENCEL™ lyocell plain-weave fabric, designed for hot-weather comfort with a simple, relaxed finish. Cut in a regular fit with a hip-length shape, it comes in Solstice Stripe / Smolder Blue, a light blue and white stripe.

This reversible design gives you two looks in one: wear it with the scoop neck at the front, or switch it around for a V-neckline with buttons.
