Rooted in time and tradition, Zaytoun Palestinian Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olives grown on the stone terraces of sun-drenched hillsides in the West Bank. Certified organic through the Soil Association and Fairtrade. 

These ancient olive trees are regarded as old friends by the Palestinian families who tend them, providing a deep-rooted link to the land and their ancestors. Caring for these trees requires knowledge passed from generation to generation, and they are treated with love and care so they can continue to produce a bountiful harvest for the families children and grandchildren.
