The removable inner cushion, made from GOTS-certified cotton and filled with natural spelt chaff, can be gently warmed to provide comforting heat or cooled for refreshing relief.

Heating Instructions: Remove the bag from inside the cushion and heat for 3-5 minutes at 75 degrees in the oven or gently heat on a radiator – DO NOT microwave and do not heat for too long as the pillow can burn. Check the temperature with your hand. Please note that spelt chaff will not hold the heat for as long as the cherry stone cushion.
