Unzip this fluffy grey whale and remove the inner pillow, wrapping it in a towel and placing on the radiator or in the oven to get it lovely and warm. Alternatively, chill the inner pillow in the fridge to provide cool relief on hot days. 

Heating Instructions: Remove the cushion from the toy’s belly and heat for ½-1 minute in the microwave at a maximum of 600W, or 3-5 minutes at 75 degrees in the oven, or place an a warm radiator – do not heat for too long as the pillow can burn. Check the temperature with your hand.
