The Patagonia Kids R1 TechFace Jacket is a technical thermal layering zip-up jacket to keep kids warm and comfortable during high-exertion outdoor activities and everyday wear during the colder months. Made for serious winter fun, the R1 TechFace Jacket in Foxglove Purple is made from high-performance recycled fabrics with all the technical details you find in the Patagonia R1 adult version. Ideal for layering this regular-fit kids’ zip-up jacket is a pale lavender purple with a smooth face. This technical fleece jacket is made from lightweight 90% recycled polyester/10% spandex double-weave fabric that is soft and warm next to the skin but doesn’t trap heat. The smooth outer face resists abrasion and sheds moisture with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that’s PFAS-free.

This jacket features a full-zip front with a soft zipper garage at the chin to protect the face, and a protective collar to keep out the elements. The on-seam zippered patch pockets have a side entry, while thumb holes at the cuffs secure the sleeves in place when playing or reaching overhead. The coordinating binding at the cuffs keeps warmth in and wind out. A slight drop-tail hem provides extra coverage when they’re on the go.
