The Patagonia Black Hole® Duffel Bag 40L is a carry-on-sized travel duffel built for weekends away, short trips, and minimalist packing. Made from 100% recycled polyester ripstop with a recycled TPU-film laminate, it delivers the rugged durability the Black Hole range is known for, now with a sleek matte finish that reduces environmental impact. Finished in Weathered Stone, it features a beige body with brown details and yellow Patagonia branding.

With a 40-litre capacity, this duffel is ideal for small loads while still meeting most airline and train carry-on requirements. The main compartment is easy to access and supported by thoughtful organisation, including a zippered side pocket that can be reached from inside or outside the bag. When empty, the entire duffel packs into this pocket for compact, self-contained storage. An internal mesh lid pocket keeps essentials organised and visible.

The Black Hole® Duffel 40L is designed to adapt to how you travel.
