The flavour is dark, fruity and indulgent, pairing the deep cocoa notes of 70% dark chocolate with the tart, fragrant sweetness of black cherry. The result is smooth and luxurious, with a gentle smokiness running through the chocolate and a bright cherry finish that feels bold, classic and well judged.

This 3 Star Great Taste Award winner, and Golden Fork Heritage Award 2025 winner, is made with rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a regenerative cooperative in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo, and sweetened with organic raw unrefined cane sugar.
