How to use: Clean baby’s nappy area and ensure it’s dry. Apply the nappy ointment after each nappy change and when necessary.
Natural nappy rash treatment:
- Use plain water-soaked cotton wool or washable wipes to clean your baby’s skin, paying close attention to their skin folds.
- Change your baby’s nappy frequently, at least 6 times each day and every time they poo.
- Air flow around the rash will help it to clear, so try loosening their nappy a little.
- Spend time each day nappy free allowing baby to kick freely without their nappy on.
- Use a good quality natural barrier cream to form a protective barrier to the skin.
