Dark Flake Unscented by Gawith Hoggarth is an incredible, strong Lakeland style pipe tobacco. The dark fired Indonesian and Mozambique leaf, smoky and almost cigar-like, dominate the tobacco flavours.
The characteristics of the smoke immediately convey the quality of the tobacco, no bites, no overheating, burns cool and dry leaving a powdery, white ash. The intensely bittersweet smoke behaves beautifully if puffed gently.
