Erik Peter Stokkebye, founder of the famous familys tobacco business and great-grandfather to Erik Stokkebye, is celebrated through this straight Virginia blend. He was passionate about natural tobaccos which this blend represents. There are no added flavours to the wonderfully crisp, citrus and honey-toned pure Virginian leaf.
The texture is perfect for casually stuffing ones pipe and is of the right humidity to allow an even, easy burn. There is surely nothing more pleasurable than sipping great tobacco whose character evolves as the bowl progresses. From zesty citrus upon first light to sweeter honey hues after a few minutes, then later some delicious nutty, plummy textures. Fair in strength, not too light or heavy, its easy to enjoy any time of the day.
