Camacho was founded in the 1960s by Cuban-born Simon Camacho and is now based in Honduras, where its cigars and tobacco are produced. While the brand operates outside Cuba, it stays closely connected to Cuban cigar traditions, especially through its use of Corojo, a famous tobacco seed originally grown in Cuba and known for producing exceptional wrapper leaf.
Today, this Corojo is grown in Honduras exclusively for Camacho, giving their cigars a distinctive flavour and a strong link to classic Cuban cigar heritage.
