It features a vacuum-sealed silicone lid that locks tightly to prevent leaks, and comes complete with a stainless steel fork and silicone strap for secure transport.

This smaller version has all the performance of the larger size, but in a more compact form that’s perfect for lunches, light portions or snacks on the go. Whether you’re packing fruit salad, pasta, sushi or leftovers, this box keeps everything neatly contained and fresh.

Made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, this lunch box includes a food-grade silicone strap and an integrated stainless steel fork that sits securely underneath the strap. The vacuum-sealed lid includes an over-moulded silicone edge that ensures an airtight and leakproof closure. The box is oven-safe (lid not included) and freezer-safe. As with all Black+Blum products, it is completely BPA and plastic free.

How do I open the Stainless Steel Box?
To release the vacuum seal, lift the valve on the lid. Then pull gently at one of the shorter sides to remove the lid. Be careful when opening if the box contains liquids.

Is this lunch box leak proof?
Yes. When used correctly, this container is 100% leak proof. Make sure the silicone seal and base edges are clean and dry before sealing. Press the lid down firmly, then push the valve down to lock in the vacuum. Use the silicone strap to keep everything secure. Always allow hot food to cool before closing to avoid pressure build-up.

Is it microwave safe?
No. This lunch box is made of stainless steel and must not be used in the microwave.

Is it oven safe?
The stainless steel base can be placed in the oven. However, the lid should never be used in the oven, and exposure to high temperatures may cause discolouration of the steel.

Can I use it in the freezer?
Yes, the lunch box is freezer-safe. Avoid overfilling if freezing liquids, as they may expand.
